&lt;p&gt;I know chickpeas sounds strange in a truffles, but seriously, you got to try this. Extremely good and smooth  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Healthy chocolate truffles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 box chickpeas, 3 tbs cocoa , 3 tbs milk, 1 tbs erythritol, 5 drops stevia English toffee, 50 g peanut- chocolate protein powder, A small pinch of salt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Place all the ingridiens in a food processor or magic bullet. Blend everything until well combined. Let it cool for 15 minutes in the fridge. Roll into balls. If you want you can dip the balls in sugarfree chocolate. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is heaven for a healthy chocolate-lover!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Beans are high in protein and fiber. They also contain plenty of iron, calcium, folic acid, zinc and B vitamins.
